After working in a high-volume Medicare call center, Jenna saw firsthand how overwhelming and impersonal the insurance process could be. That’s when she decided to create something better for her community—something more personal, more honest, and more supportive. And just like that, Fleckten Insurance was born.

Today, Jenna specializes in Medicare, Health, and Life insurance, working one-on-one with clients to design full protection packages that fit their unique needs and goals. Whether someone is turning 65, retiring, or looking to protect their family, Jenna takes pride in guiding them every step of the way—with patience, clarity, and genuine care.

When she’s not working with clients, Jenna enjoys spending time with animals, giving back to her community, and building a team that shares her mission:

Steve Brown

As Co-Owner of Fleckten Insurance, Steve brings leadership, service, and a steady hand to everything he does. A 16-year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Steve is passionate about helping people understand their healthcare options and protecting what matters most.

He specializes in Medicare and Health insurance, offering clients clear guidance and real support—without the pressure. With a background in mechanical operations and staff management, Steve also plays a key role in keeping the agency running efficiently behind the scenes.

Whether he's working with clients or mentoring the team, Steve's mission is simple:

Lauren brings energy, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset to the Fleckten Insurance team. A proud Texas A&M graduate, she combines her academic background with real-world experience to help clients navigate their Medicare options with confidence and clarity.

As a Medicare Specialist, Lauren is committed to staying current through ongoing training and industry conferences, so her clients always receive the most up-to-date and accurate information. She’s known for her ability to explain complex coverage in simple terms—and for always going the extra mile to make sure her clients feel informed and supported.

Theresa is the friendly face and reliable force behind the scenes at Fleckten Insurance. She works closely with clients and keeps our office running smoothly, making sure every detail is handled with care.

After being talked out of retirement, Theresa joined our team—and we couldn’t be happier to have her skills and fantastic attitude on board. Her calm, caring nature makes every client feel welcomed and supported throughout their insurance journey.

When she’s not helping clients or managing the office, Theresa loves spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Molly.
