Fleckten Insurance Agency started from started because Jenna who started in the Medicare world as an agent in a Call Center helping clients find a Medicare option that best met their needs, however, Jenna felt she was not able to fully protect her clients completely due to restrictions on what the company allowed her to sell. Jenna made the decision that being an Independent Medicare Agent that can offer her clients a full package that can help protect them from life events that a traditional Medicare or Medigap plan does not cover. By Stepping out on her own Jenna has grown to be able to help many people in the community by meeting with them face to face in her office and being available to answer questions that are specific to each client. She helps her clients submit claim forms and much more.
