Well, now I know why knowing your insurance agent is so important for seniors, Jenna is the greatest for people like me who do not understand all the crazy things you can end up paying for, that do nothing for you. She took the time to listen to me, no, she really listened to me, explained all the options I had, and helped me make an informed buy. With Jenna, you get a phone number to her, not some random operator who has no knowledge of you or your policy, and you can ask her a question anytime and she will get an answer and make sure you understand what is going on at all times. I would and have had friends and family contact her for their questions and insurance needs, she is great. I recommend her to anyone needing a personal insurance agent, she is the best.
